3. Visit Catedral de Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe

Originally built in his backyard, it is now located near the airport. An additional piece of fun trivia about this giant statue is that its creator – along with his wife – once lived inside it!

Did you know that Cesar Salads originated in Tijuana? That’s right – the birthplace of the now world-famous salad was in the city’s own Cesar’s restaurant, over 100 years ago. Caesar’s is still open to this day, and serving up some equally iconic and delicious meals.
