7. London, UK
Between 28 July-3 August, a week-long round-trip adventure in London will set you back $601.
Summer is a great time to visit London as the city makes the most of its glimpse of the sunshine and seems to expand. From pop up restaurants to street festivals, you’ll see something exciting to see and do on every street corner here.
Some of London’s summertime highlights include relaxing in one of the many parks (London is one of the greenest cities in the world), visiting any of the free museums, and enjoying a pint in a classic British beer garden.
6. Berlin, Germany
Norse Atlantic flights between JFK and Berlin are $630 for a round-trip between 20-29 July.
Thanks to its beer festivals and Christmas markets, Berlin is best known as a winter city. But actually it is an incredible place to explore in the summer months too.
Spend your mornings sightseeing and enjoying some of the city’s fascinating attractions, including the Berlin Wall, Brandenberg Gate, and Check Point Charlie. Berlin is an incredible city for history buffs.

In the city center itself, you’ll find 3 miles of accessible city beaches, or you could hop on a train and explore any number of breathtakingly beautiful coastal resorts.
Barcelona is also home to incredible attractions, such as the Sagrada Familia, and it is considered one of the most affordable summertime cities in Western Europe.
3. Paris, France
For $534, you can spend a glorious week in Paris this summer. These flights are with Norse Atlantic and you will travel from 25-31 July.
This is a great deal for sports fans, as the Olympic Games take place in the city from 26 July until 11 August.
While it’s too late to get ticket to the games and associated events, the city will be packed with sports fans and there will be spectator areas and a lively atmosphere to be a part of.
Other reasons to spend summer in Paris include the chance to walk along the River Seine in the sunshine, relax on the beach at Paris-Plage, and sightsee on longer, brighter days.

Oslo is an underrated European city, especially in the summer months when it really comes alive.
The city is uniquely located in the heart of nature, which means that if exploring wild fjords and rich forests is your idea of a perfect vacation, then there’s no better place to be.
1. Reykjavik , Iceland
The cheapest European destination to fly to this summer is Reykjavik. A non-stop round-trip flight with Icelandair from 4 July – 11 July will set you back just $452.
If you’re not a fan of oppressive summer heat, then Reykjavik is a great place to visit during the summer months. The city experiences almost 24 hours of daylight in the summer months and balmy temperatures of just 14 C (57.2 F).
This is a great summer destination for adventure lovers thanks to the incredible hiking, whale spotting opportunities, and abundant fishing too.
