This summer, Vialattea is delighted to announce the reopening of three of its ski lifts – one in Sestriere and two in Sauze d’Oulx – with the aim of enriching its tourist offering by allowing visitors to enjoy the slopes year-round.

Vialattea’s lifts are bike-friendly, making this the perfect destination for cyclists looking to explore the Italian Alps during summer. Equipped with bike extension kits and with bike corners set up near the lift departure stations offering essential facilities for mountain bikers, it has never been easier to take to the slopes on two wheels. Vialattea‘s meticulously designed cycling routes cater to both adrenaline seekers and leisurely riders seeking high-altitude excursions, with varied difficulty levels to choose from catering to all abilities. Cycling fanatics visiting Sestriere this summer will also be able to enjoy a piece of the Tour de France action as the world-renowned race passes over the Colle del Sestriere on 02 July, bringing an extra dose of excitement to the area.

Tailored itineraries can be arranged to cater to every adventure, with walking guides on hand for guests who want a little extra support as they navigate through the Italian countryside and discover unique Alpine flora and fauna.

Practice golf swings at one of Europe’s highest mountain golf courses… 

Sitting at a height of 2,035 metres, Sestrieres Golf Club is one of Europe’s most picturesque and highest mountain golf courses, with an 18-hole par 65 course promising the ultimate challenge for professionals and amateurs alike. Having opened its doors in 1932, the Sestriere Golf Club has hosted a wealth of national and international competitions, and is renowned for its seasonal transformation, shifting from a snowy playground for skiers in winter to a vibrant green sanctuary for golfers in summer.
