That’s why, if you’ve been thinking about visiting either St. Lucia, St. Kitts, or St. Martin for a while now, this year is the perfect time to finally book those tickets!
Saint Lucia
Many travelers think that St. Lucia is as close to heaven on Earth as you can get – between that and the fact that the island was named one of the Caribbean’s safest hubs at the beginning of the year, it’s clear that this is a destination you won’t want to remove from your bucket list anytime soon.

Saint Kitts
The larger of the two islands in the Federation of Saint Kitts and Nevis promises some much-needed peace and quiet without ever crossing the line to “boring.”
Here, you’ll get to lounge around on the pristine sand of South Friars Bay, hike all the way to Mount Liamuiga, explore the fascinating Brimstone Hill Fortress National Park, take in the atmosphere of the annual St. Kitts Music Festival, and even go on a picturesque journey with the island’s Scenic Railway.

By taking advantage of the newly-introduced flights from American Airlines.
This summer, the industry giant is launching two nonstop flights to St. Kitts from New York and Charlotte, an operation set to last through at least August 31st, so consider your summer plans made.
If you want to hold off on that St. Kitts trip a bit longer, Delta will also introduce some new flights to the island this December, so keep your eyes peeled for updates.
Saint Martin
Those looking for the ultimate culturally immersive experience this summer can’t go wrong with St. Martin, the French side of an island that holds the same name where you’ll feel like you’re experiencing both a Caribbean retreat and a fun European city break.
Not only is the food here exquisite, but between beaches like Orient Bay and Grand Case and the many, many duty-free shops scattered across Marigot (the capital), you can rest assured that you’ll never feel bored on the island.
And this year, you’ll get to see all that for yourself thanks to the new New York to St. Martin flight that was just introduced by American Airlines.
Now, this route is set to start operating on December 7th and it’ll run once a week.
