It’s About To Get Easier To Island Hop
If you’d like to cross 2 countries off your bucket list on a single trip, it’s about to get even easier flying from St. Croix to Puerto Rico.
Regional carrier Fly The Whale recently announced new daily flights between St. Croix and San Juan, Puerto Rico.
Service will begin March 15th and is perfect for island hopping, as flights are available in the early morning and evenings.
These new flights will complement those already available daily to St. Thomas.
These neighboring islands are the perfect addition to a St. Croix trip, and Americans don’t need a passport to visit either.
Spring Is The Perfect Time To Visit
The upcoming spring season is an excellent time to visit St. Croix.
You’ll miss out on the 90 degree heat of summer, instead enjoying daily highs around 84 degrees with plenty of sunshine ideal for beach days.
The island’s peak season runs December-March, so if you arrive after these months, you’ll enjoy the island in a quieter season.
And while you could see more tourists visiting over popular spring break dates, St. Croix tends to attract fewer people when compared to its sibling islands.
