If you’re ready for an easy flight to paradise, Florida is just the place.

The problem is that there are too many great beaches to choose from in Americans’ favorite domestic vacation destination.

Many of Florida’s beaches are reminiscent of the Caribbean, while others are party-central.

In other words, you really can’t go wrong. You just have to find the right beach to match your vibe.

If savings are a big factor when choosing a beach vacation, 2 U.S. budget airlines are making it easier to choose your next getaway filled with sun and sand by launching new routes to 8 Florida beaches.

Allegiant Showcasing Lesser Known Florida City

Low-cost carrier Allegiant may be based in Las Vegas, but the increasingly popular airline has a huge presence in Florida ranging from hidden gems to iconic cities.

This is especially true now with these exciting new routes just announced to the Sunshine State, coinciding with their brand since Florida isn’t exactly known for breaking the bank like the West Coast tends to do.

Let’s start with the smaller airports Allegiant is showcasing and why one in particular is of keen interest to this rising airline.

That would be Punta Gorda (also a convenient gateway to Fort Myers).

Some might say airlines should stick to the runway. American Airlines may have its own nice hotel for employees in Dallas, but did you know Allegiant opened its very own resort this year for the public?

It’s true. The Sunseeker Resort in Punta Gorda, along the scenic Charlotte Harbor waterfront, is the airline’s first undertaking in the hotel industry.

According to Google reviews, it seems to be a huge success abounding with 4 and 5 star reviews like ‘This resort is beautiful and everyone was so friendly and helpful. Our suite was incredible’.

The newest flight to Punta Gorda (PGD) launches from Savannah, Georgia (SAV) on November 14th for just $39.

New Allegiant Flights: 5 More Sunny Florida Beach Destinations

There’s no word on whether Allegiant will dip their toes in the water on any more resorts in the near future, but that’s not stopping them from expanding their Florida portfolio.

In addition to Punta Gorda, there are 6 more new flights to sunny Florida beaches launching in November.

The first being to Palm Beach (PBI), a ritzy beach city where you can save on airfare but splurge on arrival.

Departing from Grand Rapids, Michigan (GRR) on November 14th, travelers can score $69 flights to escape the notoriously cold Midwest weather.

Next up are 2 more Florida vacation options from Savannah in addition to the above Punta Gorda route.

Travelers can fly from SAV to Fort Lauderdale (FLL) and Tampa’s alternative airport in neighboring St. Pete (PIE), beginning November 15th for just $39 on both routes.

Subsequently, travelers can also fly to FLL from Savannah, Georgia (SAV) and Newburgh, New York (SWF) starting November 15th with promo fares as low as $3 from SAV and $69 from SWF.

Sticking to Southwest Florida with the likes of Punta Gorda and St. Pete, those in search of premiere beaches can also fly to Sarasota-Bradenton (SRQ) from Portsmouth, New Hampshire (PSM).

Rounding out Allegiant’s new Florida flights, vacationers can fly to Destin (VPS), a panhandle paradise where vibrant emerald waters and white sand converge with nearby fun hangouts like Crab Island.

The new route to Destin departs Flint, Michigan (FNT) on November 15th with fares on sale as low as $59.
