This involved surveying our dedicated female readership and incorporating insights from leading safety reports. The result is a curated list that empowers women to explore the world.
Tulum
Tulum is one of the best destinations in Mexico for solo travelers. It is a small town with a relaxed atmosphere which means it’s an easy place to meet new people and form new friendships if you’re looking for company.
If you want to enrich your soul then there are few better places to be. You can enjoy yoga at dawn, massage treatments on the beach, explore boho shops and relax in trendy bars.
Some of the highlights of a trip to Tulum include exploring the town’s Mayan ruins, swimming in a breathtakingly beautiful cenote, and of course relaxing on the beach. The nightlife here is incredible and you won’t struggle to find welcoming spots to party the night away.
Split
