And the good news is it’s never been easier to hop over to Bermuda, because the archipelago is now welcomes more direct flights than it ever has in its history.
It’s a bold claim, but it’s true!
So where can you fly from to Bermuda? And how much might those flights cost?

Which U.S. Airports Will Fly To Bermuda?
All flights from the U.S. to Bermuda land in Hamilton, Bermuda’s capital.
The airport is officially called the L.F. Wade International Airport, to make it easier to search for those elusive cheap flights.
You can fly to Hamilton in Bermuda from 9 different American airports this fall/winter season.
These are: New York, Boston, Washington DC, Orlando, Miami, Charlotte, Fort Lauderdale, Atlanta, Philadelphia.
The American airlines that operate these routes are Delta Air Lines and American Airlines. The state carrier BermudAir also launched a nonstop service to Boston this month.
The all-important question? How much will it cost! Or at least, that’s the first question I ask when I start looking at airlines and routes!
How Much Are Flights To Bermuda
I compared a week-long stay in Bermuda in November (before the holiday season’s hyper-price inflation kicks in) to give an idea of what you might expect to pay.
New York is the cheapest airport to fly nonstop to Bermuda from right now. Flying out on November 4 and returning on November 11 with Delta Air Lines will cost just $305 for a return trip for one passenger.
This flight has a 2 hour 19 minute flight time outbound and a 2 hour 26 minute flight time inbound.
To fly from Washington D.C is a little more expensive. Looking at the same dates of leaving on November 4 and returning on November 11 you can expect to pay $519 for this return trip. This flight is with BermudAir.
This flight has a 2 hour 15 minute flight time outbound and a 2 hour 35 minute flight time inbound.
The final example is a flight from much further south! To fly to Bermuda from Orlando, Florida has a 2 hour 50 minute flight time outbound and a 3 hour 10 fight time inbound.
This flight is operated by BermudAir, and looking at flights departing November 3 and returning November 10 would cost $559 for a return trip.
Why Visit Bermuda
For a long time, many people have viewed Bermuda as a destination primarily visited by cruise ships. It’s true that it is still a popular cruise stop, but this year, more people than ever are choosing to stay on the island.
But why? Why is Bermuda worthy of a longer stay?
Firstly, there’s the beaches. You’ll find a mix of pink and white sand beaches to explore. Horseshoe Bay Beach and Tobacco Bay Beach are considered to be the best beaches on the island. Both offer vast expanses of immaculate sand and laidback vibes.
Bermuda is considered one of the world’s best diving destinations, so if you’re idea of fun is diving or even snorkeling in beautiful reefs then this is a perfect vacation stop.
There are several ship wrecks around the island that are fascinating for adventurous divers. Two of the best and most well-known of these are the Mary Celestia which sank during the American Civil War and the U.S. Hermes, which was active until the end of the Second World War.
If you can bear to drag yourself away from the beaches and the crystal clear water, then the Royal Naval Dockyard and the National Museum of Bermuda, which is located in the dockyard, are some of the best cultural attractions on the island.
The National Museum of Bermuda takes up the whole of the Dockyard’s 19th-century fortifications and shows off shipwreck artefacts as well as epic views. Entrance tickets cost $18 per person.
