Warner Bros. Studio Tour Tokyo – The Making of Harry Potter is a brand-new attraction offering fans the chance to step behind-the-scenes of the spellbinding movies and discover secrets of the Wizarding World.
Warner Bros. Studio Tour Tokyo opened on 16th June 2023 on the former Toshimaen site and provided fans the ultimate opportunity to journey behind the scenes of the Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts films to learn about the remarkable world of film production. This is the largest indoor Harry Potter attraction in the world and the first Warner Bros. Studio Tour to open in Asia.
The Studio Tour invites fans to step into authentic sets, see spellbinding costumes and come face to face with magical creatures while learning moviemaking secrets. Visitors will journey through iconic locations from the Harry Potter series, as they enter the Great Hall of Hogwarts, board the Hogwarts Express at Platform 9 ¾, venture into the depths of the Forbidden Forest, Diagon Alley and explore many more sets yet to be revealed.
In addition, fans can get hands-on in a range of interactive experiences. Visitors will be able to take a seat on the Hogwarts Express, and experience green screen technology journeying to the wizarding school, riding a broomstick and much more. There is also a huge range of Wizarding World gifts, souvenirs, stationery and much more to buy in the world’s largest Harry Potter shop with many items only available at the Studio Tour.
The Studio Tour is a 2-minute walk from Toshimaen Station on the Toei Oedo Line. Toshimaen Station is directly connected to Shinjuku Station (Tokyo) via Toei Oedo Line and is approx. 20 minutes by train. Tickets to the Studio Tour must be booked in advance for a specific time and date, allowing all fans to enjoy the world of Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts to the fullest without the crowds.
